Relationship & Emotional Health Support for Women
Strong in Love is a faith-integrated psychoeducational program designed to help women better understand relationship patterns, boundaries, emotional responsibility, attachment dynamics, and relational anxiety.
Through workshops and intensive experiences, participants gain practical tools, increased self-awareness, and greater confidence in navigating relationships in healthier ways.
Current Strong in Love Offerings
Free Workshop: “Why Boundaries Feel So Hard for Christian Women”
A free introductory workshop designed to help women better understand the emotional patterns that often keep them stuck feeling overwhelmed, guilty, anxious, or responsible for everyone else's emotions.
Strong in Love Intensive
A one-day small group experience for women seeking a deeper, more focused opportunity to explore relationship patterns, boundaries, emotional health, and personal growth. This structured educational experience combines practical teaching, guided reflection, and personal application in a supportive environment.
Strong in Love is not a substitute for therapy, crisis care, or mental health treatment. Participants requiring clinical treatment are encouraged to engage in counseling services as appropriate.
