Strong in Love

Clarity. Boundaries. Peace.

“Why Boundaries Feel So Hard for Christian Women”

✧₊⁺Free Online Workshop - COMING SOON⁺₊✧

You care deeply about people. You try to be loving, patient, understanding, supportive, and emotionally available. But somewhere along the way, you’ve started feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or responsible for everyone else’s emotions.

This free workshop helps Christian women understand why boundaries feel emotionally difficult, why guilt and anxiety can feel so strong, and how to begin responding in healthier, more grounded ways—without becoming harsh, selfish, or emotionally disconnected.

Maybe you:

Replay conversations afterward

Struggle to say no without guilt

Fear disappointing people

Know you need healthier boundaries but are unsure how

Feel emotionally drained from carrying too much

You Love Deeply… But Feel Emotionally Drained

The problem isn’t that you “don’t care enough.” It’s that you care deeply. You find yourself carrying relationships emotionally, avoiding conflict, overthinking interactions, and feeling deeply responsible for how others feel.

You find yourself thinking:

“I just need to be more patient.”

“I should probably try harder.”

“Maybe I’m overreacting.”

“I don’t want to hurt anyone.”

“I don’t want to seem selfish.”

Over time, this becomes emotionally exhausting. You may have begun abandoning your own needs, tolerating unhealthy dynamics too long, or struggling to trust yourself.

Many women assume they struggle with boundaries because they simply need to "be stronger." The truth is often more complex.

What You’ll Learn

In this workshop, you'll begin understanding:

What may be happening underneath guilt and people-pleasing

Why saying "no" can feel emotionally overwhelming

How relationship patterns often develop over time

Why healthy boundaries can feel so uncomfortable

Where healthier, more grounded responses begin

What Makes This Workshop Different

In this workshop, you are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and learn. Many women find relief in realizing they are not alone, and that these patterns make more sense than they realized. This workshop was intentionally created differently:
