Strong in Love
Counselor Referral Preview
A Free 20-Minute Virtual Preview for Counselors & Mental Health Professionals
Friday, September 4th 12pm
Strong in Love is a focused, biblically integrated intensive for Christian women who may understand that something needs to change in a difficult relationship but continue to struggle with boundaries, guilt, over-responsibility, emotional overwhelm, attachment patterns, or knowing how to respond differently.
The next Strong in Love Small-Group Intensive will be held September 19, 2026, in McDonough, GA.
This free professional preview is an opportunity for counselors and other mental health professionals to become familiar with Strong in Love before deciding whether it may be an appropriate resource for a client.
What We’ll Cover
In approximately 20 minutes, you'll learn:
Who may be a good fit for the Strong in Love Intensive
The relationship concerns and patterns addressed during the intensive
What participants can expect from the intensive experience
How clients are screened for fit and appropriateness
How Strong in Love can complement a client's ongoing therapy
How post-intensive integration can support continued work with the referring counselor
There will also be time for brief questions.
Designed to Complement Ongoing Therapy
Strong in Love may be a good fit for women who:
Strong in Love is not intended to replace a client's established therapeutic relationship.
Instead, the intensive provides focused time to explore relationship patterns, boundaries, attachment, emotional regulation, over-responsibility, discernment, and more intentional ways of responding in difficult relationships.
Clients who are already in therapy can bring what they learn back into their ongoing work with their counselor.
When a participant desires additional continuity, she can also request that her counselor receive a Strong in Love Counselor Integration Guide to help support post-intensive work.
Who is This Preview For?
This professional preview may be especially helpful for counselors who work with Christian women experiencing:
Repeated difficult or confusing relationship patterns
People-pleasing and over-responsibility
Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
Guilt, fear, or anxiety when others are disappointed
Attachment-related concerns
Emotional exhaustion in relationships
Difficulty discerning healthier next steps
You do not need to have a particular client in mind to attend.
There is also no expectation that attending the preview means you will refer clients to Strong in Love. The goal is simply to help you become familiar with the program so you can determine whether it may be a useful resource in the future.
