Free Workshop

  • No. The workshop is designed to be beneficial whether you choose to share or simply listen and reflect. There is no pressure to speak, participate in discussions, or share personal details. Many women find value simply by learning, reflecting, and listening.

  • No. The workshop is a psychoeducational event designed to provide teaching, reflection, and practical tools. It is not therapy, does not establish a counseling relationship, and is not a substitute for individual counseling.

  • That’s completely normal! Many women attend because they feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. The workshop is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and low-pressure. You’re free to participate at the level that feels comfortable for you.

  • You’re welcome here! No counseling experience is required. The workshop is designed to be accessible, practical, and easy to follow whether this is your first exposure to relationship or emotional health topics or not.

  • Many women attend while actively participating in counseling. The workshop can complement individual therapy by providing additional education, reflection opportunities, and practical tools that can continue to be explored in counseling.

Strong in Love Intensive

  • No. The Strong in Love Intensive is a structured educational and personal growth experience that combines teaching, guided reflection, practical exercises, and application. While participants may have opportunities to share if they choose, the intensive is not group therapy and there’s no expectation to disclose personal information.

  • To create a more focused and supportive experience, attendance is intentionally limited. Small group sizes allow for greater engagement, reflection, and application throughout the day.

  • Emotional responses are completely normal! Many of the topics explored involve relationships, boundaries, grief, disappointment, and personal growth. You’re always free to take a break, step away briefly, or participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • That’s exactly why I offer a brief pre-intensive consultation. This conversation provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your goals, and determine whether the intensive is the best fit for your needs at this time.

  • No. While some women choose to share portions of their experience, sharing is never required. The intensive is designed so participants can benefit through teaching, reflection exercises, and personal application regardless of how much they choose to disclose.

  • I recommend bringing a notebook, water, lunch or snack if applicable, and a willingness to reflect honestly. Any additional materials will be provided as part of the intensive experience.

  • Your registration includes the full intensive experience, guided exercises, participant materials, workbook resources, and practical tools to continue applying what you learn after the event.

  • Yes. Many participants attend while actively working with a counselor. The intensive often complements ongoing therapy by providing focused education, insight, and practical application around relationship and emotional health topics.

  • No. The goal is not to pressure you into making immediate decisions. The intensive is designed to help you gain greater clarity, wisdom, and understanding so you can move forward thoughtfully and confidently in whatever decisions you ultimately make.
